Silver Bells Collection for the Christmas Concert
We are grateful that Sherwood Park Alliance Church is allowing us to hold our concert in their beautiful, newly renovated auditorium! To cover the rental of this facility, as well as the busing for our dress rehearsal, we will be having a Silver Bells Collection at the doors. We would greatly appreciate any cash donations. Merry Christmas and thank you for supporting Davidson Creek Elementary.
Christmas Concert Update - Note New Information
Please have your children dress in their best clothes for the concert. There are no costumes you need to provide. We do need volunteers to help move instruments and risers on Monday morning from 7:15 - 8:30 AM. If you are able to help, please email Shelley Allen, our music teacher, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
The concert is at Sherwood Park Alliance Church.
The K - 2 performance starts at 7:00 PM and will be approximately 20 minutes in length. Please have your children at the Church at 6:30 PM.
Our grade 3-6 performance starts at 7:40 and will also be approximately 20 minutes in length. Please have your children to the church between 7:00 and 7:20 PM.
If you have students in both concerts, please have your Grade 3-6 student sit with you during the K-2 Concert. After the K-2 concert, your older children will move to their designated spot. This will be determined during the dress rehearsal the morning of the concert.
Once the K-2 students are finished performing, they will be going to the Fireside Room to watch a movie. There is not enough room in the auditorium for them to sit with you during the Grade 3-6 concert. Parents will be able to pick up their younger child after the 3-6 concert.
Parents that only have children in the K-2 concert, please pick your children up in the Fireside room directly after their performance. This will free up seats for parents arriving to watch the Grade 3-6 performance.

Our Food Drive for the Christmas Bureau was a wonderful success due to the amazing generosity of our families. Thank you for helping families in need in our community.
Field Trip Fees
Please note that moving forward, all field trip fees need to be paid in advance of your child going on the field trip. If the fees have not been paid, your child will not be able to go with their class. Fees will be posted on your EIPS Parent Portal as the field trips occur. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
