If your child requires medication to be administered during school hours please contact the office (780-467-5557) and they will send you a form via email.
If your child has asthma and uses an inhaler please contact the office and we will send you a form via email
If your child requires an Epi-Pen please fill out contact the office and we will send you a form via email. We ask that the child's EpiPen's remain in their backpack unless other arrangements need to be made with the teacher.
