If your child has asthma and uses an inhaler please fill out the asthma emergency plan and submit it to the school office:
If your child requires an Epi-Pen please fill out DCE Individual Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan electronically. We ask that the child's EpiPen's remain in their backpack unless other arrangements need to be made with the teacher.
